This document captures the key work activities of the OFJCC. There is no reference to departments, positions, or individuals; just the work itself. We are sending this to the Staffr Development group for your edits and suggestions.

Some questions for you:

• Grant Administration is more like Budget Monitoring than Fund Development.
• The Master JCC Calendar is a product of Calendar Planning, not a separate activity.
• For now, we've dropped Organ'l Development.
• Is the skill of "Staff Communication" really about coordination and collaboration rather than just information exchange?
• Are there other edits you would suggest? Missing work activities? Ways to collapse some boxes? Boxes that should be broken out?
